London Heathrow is serviced by a wide range of buses and trains. The fastest way to travel from the airport to the city is via the Heathrow Express train which takes 15 minutes to reach London Paddington Station.

Alamo, Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, National Car Rental and Thrifty car hire desks are located in the airport’s arrivals hall.
Various check-in counters can be found on the ground floor of terminal 2, the first floor of terminals 2 and 3 and the top floor of Terminal 5. For your specific check-in counter, refer to your itinerary.
A large range of currency exchange bureaus and ATMs are available within the airport, before and after security.
Free high-speed wi-fi is available throughout all of Heathrow’s terminals. Pre-paid internet kiosks are also located throughout the airport while printers can be found before security.
Left baggage storage facilities can be found on the ground floor of terminals 1, 3, 4 and 5.

Virgin Atlantic’s Upper Class and Flying Gold Club passengers are welcome to enjoy the airline’s flagship Clubhouse located at Gate H in Terminal 3. American Airlines has two lounges located in Terminal 3 at Gate H. The airline’s First Class and Business Class passengers are welcome to enjoy the Flagship Lounge which boasts business facilities, dedicated check-in services and complimentary buffet. The second lounge, the Admiral Club Lounge, is available to Admiral Club members and offers café dining, floating bar, cyber-café, private bathrooms and more.
