Yee & Turner Travel Associates is a boutique style travel agency service, designed to cater for the frequent and more discerning traveller in search of new experiences or the ultimate in luxury holidays. We offer exclusive packages, escorted and special interest tours, luxury cruises and holidays with a difference.

Yee & Turner Travel Associates is based in Kenmore, Brisbane and is part of the national Travel Associates brand. Personal travel consultation is available by appointment from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Edward Yee

Edward Yee's passion for travel was ignited after a backpacking trip through Europe while he was at the University of Queensland where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. His travel experiences since then include a luxury safari through Africa, a cruise up the river Nile, skiing holidays in Austria, Canada and Japan, shopping expeditions in New York, a gastronomical tour through Mediterranean Europe and an opera performance in Prague.

Edward's recent travels have been at a slower pace to accommodate his young family with extended sojourns in villas in both Italy and Southern France and resort stays in Asia and the Pacific.

Edward has come to Travel Associates with over 12 years of experience in the travel industry with Flight Centre where he has lead many teams to achieve various business and customer service award. In the last financial year, Edward was amongst the top 12 retail consultants in the Flight Centre brand in Queensland. Edward's love of travel has sustained his many years as a travel agent and he would love to share this enthusiasm in helping you plan your next holiday.

Margie Halyer

Margie Halyer has been involved with the travel industry for 8 years and continues to share her passion for travel with a diverse range of clients. Her attraction to researching new destinations for clients continues to inspire her own holiday wish list.

Her own travel pursuits have led her to some of the most inspiring destinations including Antarctica - one of the world's last true wildernesses. Having previously lived in Zimbabwe, Margie's personal connection has allowed her to experience many fabled regions of Southern Africa including Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and South Africa.

Margie has also travelled extensively through the UK and Europe including Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary and the Netherlands. Plitvice National Park in Croatia remains Margie's favourite destination, where she spend an entire day wandering through the multitude of stunning lakes and waterfalls to find new angles for the perfect photograph.

With a genuine passion for adventure, Margie has also journeyed to Brazil and Argentina in South America. She has also explored many regions of Canada and the USA. Closer to home she has experienced Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Philippines, New Zealand and every capital city of Australia. Margie's favourite travel memory is swimming with magnificent whale sharks in Donsol, Philippines - an incredible sight to behold at such close range.

More recently, Margie has undertaken a number of different walking and cycling holidays and is passionate about establishing herself as a specialist in this type of travel.
