Storer & Turner Travel Associates is based in Williamstown, Melbourne, and is part of the national Travel Associates brand. Personal travel consultation is available by appointment from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

For Rachael, the travel bug started when she did a nine month world tour. She started with a month exploring all the islands in Thailand via ferries and motorbikes. The most memorable moments for Rachael come from exploring small islands like Koh Lanta and Ao Nang in Krabi before they became major tourist destinations. Phi Phi island is her favourite. Lying on the beach looking out at the crystal blue waters and rock formations is amazing.
Rachael then spent four months touring Africa including an overland trek from Nairobi down to Victoria Falls and a drive through Zimbabwe, Zanzibar, South Africa and Namibia. Some of her favourite memories include trekking mountain gorillas in Rwanda, having a great white shark attack and violently shake her cage when diving in Hermanus Bay and taking a bath in the lake with an elephant (no one told us that they go right under the water and also tip themselves over!) There is also nothing like watching wild animals in their natural surroundings.
After Africa she spent a month in Italy including working in a Tuscan villa/monastery. Her three favourite places were Florence for the amazing Doumo and the statues like David, Venice and Cinque Terre. While in Europe Rachael also saw Slovenia including Lake Bled, a beautiful small town surrounded by snow capped mountains, and did a 15 day tour with highlights including the beer halls in Munich, a Rhine river cruise, Prague, Vienna, Amsterdam and Budapest. The tour ended in London where she lived for about three months.
Since joining the travel industry seven years ago she has visited her favourite part of the world, the Middle East, including Egypt, Morocco and Dubai. Rachael has also spent time in Cambodia and the United States.
Other highlights for Rachael include cruising down the Nile River, spending the night in a Bedouin camp in the desert, shopping in Dubai, building houses in Cambodia and dancing the night away in Las Vegas.
With over 11 years in the travel industry and a strong personal passion for travel Donna's trove of travel treasures are enough to make anyone jealous.
She has travelled extensively through Australia, including an Uluru climb, sunset and sunrise, Kings Canyon hike, Kakadu, Katherine Gorge, Litchfield, the east coast of Tasmania, the Gold Coast, Port Douglas, Cape Tribulation and the Daintree, Fraser Island, cruising the Murray River in South Australia, Sydney, Perth and skiing in Victoria to name a few.
Donna has travelled throughout Asia visiting Bangkok, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Bali; the South Pacific including Vanuatu; and Europe including Spain, Italy, France, the UK and Ireland. Donna has also been to the United States, New Zealand and Dubai.
The highlights to date include Las Vegas, one of the of the most fun places on earth, Disneyland with the family, dining at Junsui restaurant at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai (the three day wait for a reservation and US$300 bill were worth it!) and Arnhem Land. She has recently returned from a cruise on the Dawn Princess, her first cruise experience, which she found very enjoyable.
In February 2010 Donna and her family enjoyed the trip of a lifetime attending the winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada. The 7 events they attended were truly amazing. Other highlights of the trip were exploring Vancouver's Stanley Park on push bikes, spending 3 days in magnificent Banff (truly a winter wonderland), ice skating on Lake Louise and skiing at both Sunshine valley and Whistler Mountains. After spending 2 weeks based in chilly Vancouver they then enjoyed a week at Disneyland and then a week in beautiful Honolulu to thaw out.
Having a young family has turned Donna into an expert on travelling with kids, making her the perfect person to help plan your next family getaway.
Kristen has over 19 years travel industry experience.
Travel is her passion and she's had the pleasure of seeing some of the world's most beautiful destinations. Kristen has travelled through more than 15 countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Bali, Singapore, Italy, Turkey, Fiji, Tahiti, Vanuatu, the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia and Peru.
Of her many travel adventures, the highlights so far have been trekking the Inca Trail to Macchu Pichu in Peru and indulging in the 6-star luxury on her honeymoon at La Casa Que in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. Her favourite cities to visit are Istanbul, Rome and Florence.
She has recently returned from a family trip to the United States where she took in the bright lights of Las Vegas, rode a tram in San Francisco, did some star spotting in Los Angeles and spent some time in San Deigo.
