Perchalla & Turner Travel Associates is a boutique style travel agency service, designed to cater for the frequent and more discerning traveller in search of new experiences or the ultimate in luxury holidays. We offer exclusive packages, escorted and special interest tours, luxury cruises and holidays with a difference.

Perchalla & Turner Travel Associates is based in Hyde Park, Adelaide, and is part of the national Travel Associates brand. Personal travel consultation is available by appointment from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Becky Kent-Perchalla

Becky has worked in the travel industry for over 10 years, lived in the USA and travelled extensively through Mexico, Asia, the Pacific Islands and the Caribbean. More than 50% of the destinations she has visited include tropical islands, with a special fondness for the Six Senses Resorts.

Becky loves travelling independently or as part of a small group and has a broad range of travel experiences from 4WDing through NT, cruising the Bahamas and Caribbean to train journeys through Australia, Russia and China. She has a particular fondness for luxury boutique hotels, international cuisine (both cooking and eating) and cruising. Becky is one of only 13 agents in South Australia that holds her Masters in cruise accreditation, and has been on over a dozen cruises including 4 river cruises.

Becky's favourite holidays to date include quad biking in Jamaica, visiting the the world's only underwater spa in the Maldives, walking through Peterhof Palace in St Petersburg in the snow and taking a cooking class at the beautiful Soneva Kiri Resort in Koh Kood, Thailand.

Becky has experience in booking all types of business travel as well as specialising in island holidays, honeymoons and complex/specific itineraries whether it be business or leisure. She also specialises in tailor-made independent travel, particularly in South America, the USA and Canada.

She has a number of years experience managing small corporate travel accounts. Becky understands the important differences between travelling for work and for pleasure and consistently delivers cost savings and efficiencies to her clients.

Becky says, "I love my job as I get to plan peoples holidays/travel and it's those experiences and memories people will have for years to come. It's a pleasure to be a part of that process."

Leah Hani

Leah has worked in the travel industry for seven years, with many years of travelling herself. She has found a flair for putting together that 'special' holiday, often honeymoons and tailor-made itineraries for the more experienced traveller wanting to get off the beaten track a little and have a more authentic experience. One of her personal travel highlights was taking a private cooking class in traditional Mexican hacienda in the mountain town of Oaxaca after a visit to the markets to gather her ingredients. Of course the real highlight was enjoying the feast at the end!

Leah's other favourite destinations are Italy, Prague and Latin America, all of which she has travelled for several months at a time to truly immerse herself in the experience and enabling her to thorougly investigate the regions themselves.

Her latest travel passion is of the wellness retreat variety, where she puts together exclusive packages for Travel Associates clients to stay in day spa retreats in various locations around Australia and the world.

Leah is most excited to be a part of the Travel Assoicates team and has found her niche in boutique style travel.

Jenni Triffitt

Jenni has worked in the travel industry for over seven years and loves to put together unique and specialised itineraries. Many of her clients have been with her since the beginning of her career and are still organising their annual holiday with her. She loves working in travel for the exciting new destinations and accommodation she gets to experience, together with the amazing memories she assists in creating for her clients.

She has lived and worked in the United Kingdom for two years and has travelled extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, India, Asia and Africa either travelling independently or on an escorted tour.

Jenni's favourite holiday experiences include a safari through Kenya and Tanzania and visiting many of the man-made wonders of the world on train holidays including the Great Wall of China, the Pyramids of Giza, the Taj Mahal and Angkor Wat.

Jenni has recently travelled with and compared the business class service and facilities on Etihad, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas and Garuda Indonesia Airlines. She also enjoyed the luxury resort; Six Senses Hideaway Zighy Bay in Oman, staying in a pool villa followed a week later by a romantic getaway to Bali - a favourite and easy getaway from Adelaide. A two week trip to USA to try out Qantas' new A380 in premium economy service was another recently highlight, taking in New York City and the bright lights of Las Vegas. A first time attempt at snow skiing at Las Vegas Ski Resort was an exciting last minute addition to the holiday.

After getting married in April 2010, Jenni spent 3 wonderful weeks travelling from Barcelona to Monte Carlo, driving through Provence and the Cote D'Zur, taking in the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix, and enjoying the satays and champagne that Malaysia Airlines business class has to offer.

More recently, she had the chance to experience the luxurious pool villas at The Sarojin in Khao Lak, Thailand. Jenni also journeyed to Cambodia visiting the iconic places such as Angkor Wat, Siem Rap, the Killing Fields and Genocide Museum close to Phnom Penh. In addition, Travel Associates teamed up with charity, Samaritan's Purse, spending a few days in a local village, building water filters for families who had never drunk clean water - a truly inspirational experience.

Jenni manages a number of small corporate travel accounts, and organises exclusive small escorted tours - for both 'ladies only' travellers, and for people with a keen interest in gardens.

Daniela Praino

With over 10 years experience in the travel industry, Daniela still has a love and genuine passion for travel. Each year, she visits new and exciting destinations and experiences different ways to travel including: independent, coach touring, rail travel and fully escorted holidays.

One of her favourite destinations to explore is Europe and the Mediterranean, especially Positano on the Amalfi Coast and the island of Sardinia in Italy. She has sailed through The Greek Islands, visited China and climbed the Great Wall, gone four-wheel-driving through the United Arab Emirates desert and stayed in the iconic 'Atlantis the Palm' in Dubai. She also frequently travels to South Each Asia and stays in luxury resorts.

With a fondness for food and wine, Daniela provides unique trips including to those to local wineries, culinary cooking schools and local food markets. Whether in Tuscany, South of France or Bali, Daniela can provide an itinerary that ensures you sample the best, local cuisine your country of choice has to offer.

Drawing on her experience and knowledge, Daniela will help you plan and prepare your perfect getaway. She enjoys planning special event holidays such as honeymoons, wedding anniversaries and reunions. She also recognises and understands the needs of the corporate traveller, delivering the highest level of customer service and attention to detail.
