With over 13 years experience in the travel industry and a self-confessed "aircraft buff" our manager, Mark Langhorne, is perfectly placed to help you plan your next getaway.
"It's hard to describe how it feels when you send someone on their dream holiday. It is the main reason I work in travel," says Mark.
"Sending people to all parts of the world everyday is just an amazing position to be in. I love it."
Mark has been to most parts of the world. From locally grown Queensland, Tasmania, Western Australia and Darwin to our neighbouring Vietnam, Thailand, Bali, Hong Kong, Cook Islands, Fiji and friendly rivals New Zealand, he's seen a lot of his own backyard. Mark has also ventured further a field to Africa, South America, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Morocco.
Of all that Mark has seen and done, he remembers the Canadian Artic and Greenland most fondly. The scenery of these extraordinary environments was better than he ever imagined. Being able to stand on the deck at midnight and watch the Northern Lights in all of their glory is one of Mark's most treasured travel memories.
Michelle has been in travel for seven years and loves the stories, the adventures and the challenges that come from a career in the travel industry.
Michelle has seen some of the world's most exotic locations including Israel and Egypt. She has also travelled extensively through European favourites like France, the United Kingdom and Italy. Closer to home Michelle has been to Fiji, Thailand, Bali, Malaysia, Queensland, Perth and Central and North Australia.
Although difficult to pick a favourite from all her travels, South America holds a special place in Michelle's heart.
"I'll never forget hiking the Inca trail and getting to the sun gate for sunrise. South America with its diverse regions, people, language and stunning sights is something that everyone should experience at least once in their life."
