Embark on a unique journey along the River Mekong sailing aboard a luxurious colonial paddle steamer replica. The Pandaw vessels cruise between Saigon in Vietnam and Angkor Wat in Cambodia traversing mountains, jungles and different cultures.
The Mekong journey commences in the vibrant French colonial port of saigon and through the rich countryside of Cambodia to disembark in Siem Riep for the great temple complexes of Angkor. The Pandaws cross through two countries, two cultures and two ways of life linked by one great river. The ship returns through to the Tonle River stopping at French colonial Phnom Penh.
The Pandaw ships are brand new replicas of a past era. Each ship is hand finished in brass and teak by traditional craftsmen and offer comfortable staterooms. Whilst luxury and comfort are discreetly present, it is the colonial character and friendly atmosphere that predominate.
