Katherine: Katherine Gorge, Champagne Cruise, Antipasto, Dreamtime stories and a cultural presentation.
Alice Springs: Drovers Blowout Dinner at Overlanders Steakhouse.
Coober Pedy: Mine excursion, “noodling” for opals.
Adelaide: Day 1 - Whispering Wall visit, Langmeil winery, wine tasting at Chateau at Yaldara. Day 2 - Mclaren Vale wineries wine tasting.
Canberra: ½ day tour (including lunch at National Gallery of Australia) and either Australian War Memorial or private guided tour of Parliament House. Also Captain Cook Memorial Fountain, National Library, the High Court, Carillon Bell Tower and Mt Ainslie (dependent on available time).
