The 16-day experience covers 4000 kilometres from Johannesburg through Zimbabwe and Zambia to Dar-Es-Salaam in Tanzania.
There are two departures this year – northbound from Johannesburg on May 28 and southbound from Dar Es Salaam on June 18. Whilst in Tanzania it is possible to add extensions to the exotic island of Zanzibar, Africa’s highest mountain Mt Kilimanjaro or see the start of great migration at Serengeti National Park.
Your experience includes twin share cabin on the train, breakfast and dinner, sightseeing tours at stops along the way, including Victoria Falls and a cruise on the great Zambesi River, the Livingstone Memorial and Selous National Park in Tanzania, the biggest wildlife reserve in Africa.
