The famous Blue Train has been refurbished to the very highest standards and many now consider it one of the most luxurious trains in the world. Since its launch in 1946 The Blue Train has been synonymous with elegance and luxury.
The Blue Train travels between Pretoria to Cape Town (or vice versa) every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a journey that takes 27 hours.
Your experience includes a Deluxe or Luxury Suite with ensuite bathroom facilities, all meals and beverages on the train, off train excursions and a 24 hour butler service.
Prices start from $1574* per person twin share for a Deluxe Suite or from $1701* for a Luxury Suite. Airfares are additional and can be arranged by your Travel Associates consultant to suit your travel plans.
Available for travel January to August 2008 and 16 November to 31 December 2008. Prices for other dates are available.
